-
Are there any rules I should be aware of?Yes, please refer to the ‘rules’ section on our website and please abide by these to ensure a safe, fun and enjoyable environment for all.
-
Why can I not bring children to mixed play sessions? We understand that the idea of a doggie soft play is an exciting prospect for kids and could be a fun family day out, however unfortunately children and dogs can unintentionally scare and hurt each other. Just as it would seem crazy to let dogs into a children’s soft play, the mixed play sessions have been created specifically for dogs and therefore it wouldn’t be right or safe to allow children to attend, especially when they don't know the dogs that will be attending. This rule applies to all puppy session and breed meetups as well. If you do want to bring your children, you can choose our exclusive hire option which means that your children will only be mixing with dogs that they know already. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your children behave in a safe manner and do not play on the dog activities.
