Dog Soft Play Centre Terms and Conditions
To ensure everyone's visit is a safe and enjoyable one all visitors must read and adhere to the rules. By entering the play centre, you automatically agree to the terms & conditions below:
Dog Health & Behaviour

All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and flea and worm treatments.

Dogs must be in good health and free from any contagious conditions (e.g. coughs and parasites). Dogs in season or sick/injured dogs must not enter the soft play centre.

Aggressive or overly excitable dogs will not be permitted to use the play area. Owners must remove their dog if it becomes aggressive or disruptive.

Please do not allow your dog to dig or chew at the soft play, any damage caused will be charged at a standard fee of £50.
Supervision

Dogs must always be supervised by their owner or a responsible adult.

Owners must ensure their dog remains within the designated play area.

If you need to leave the premises, you must take your dog with you or make arrangements for someone else to supervise them.

You are always legally responsible for your dog’s behaviour.
Age and Size Restrictions

Only dogs aged 6 months or older are allowed into the soft play room.

Puppies, senior dogs and smaller dogs may only use the play equipment if it is suitable and safe for their size and ability.

No banned breeds, XL bullies or XL bully cross breeds are allowed to use the centre, this is a requirement of our insurance, so there will be no exceptions, apologies.
Play Area Etiquette

Dogs should be well-behaved and social. Please ensure your dog interacts well with others.

Dogs should not jump on or off any equipment in a way that could lead to injury.

Please ensure you always keep control of your dog and prevent excessive barking so not to disrupt the daily business of our neighbouring businesses.

If you are helping your 'furry friend' through the soft play, please remove your shoes when standing on any equipment.
Dog Cleanliness & Hygiene

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Sprays, paper towels, waste bags and bins are provided, please use them. Any owners who do not clear up after their dogs will be charged an automatic additional £25 cleaning charge.

Please make sure that your dog has been to the toilet prior to entering the soft play area.

Please wipe your dog’s paws if they have been outside in the wet, before entering the play area.
Equipment Usage

Dogs must only use the soft play equipment intended for their use. Climbing, jumping, or using other equipment in a reckless manner can lead to injury.

Dog owners should inspect play equipment before use to ensure it is safe and in good condition.
Leads & Collars

Dogs must be on a lead when entering and exiting through the waiting area and dog wash room. Dogs may only run off lead in the play room once the door has been closed.

Collars should be secure, and owners should remove choke chains, prong collars, or any other devices that may cause harm to the dog or others during playtime.
Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, please refer to the emergency contact information and signage displayed on the walls of the centre.
Booking and Time Limits

All dogs must be booked into a time slot or session in advance and owners must stick to the agreed time limit.

Please be respectful of the next persons booking time and vacate the play area promptly when your time ends, anyone found staying longer than their session will be charged for an additional session and sent a warning, further time breaches will result in a ban.
Health and Safety

In the event of injury to a dog or person, please inform a member of staff or use the emergency contact information found on signage displayed on the wall of the centre.

Only bring dogs that you can control safely in a public setting. For the safety of all, dogs must not be left unsupervised or allowed to roam freely.

There are human and dog first aid kits and fire extinguishers accessible for all to use in the centre.

Children under the age of 16 are allowed in the play area however they are not allowed on any of the equipment, if they do so, this is entirely at your own risk.
Aggressive or Disruptive Behaviour

If your dog shows aggressive or disruptive behaviour (such as excessive barking, growling or fighting), you must immediately remove your dog from the play area.

Bark N Play reserves the right to refuse entry or ask owners to leave if their dog poses a danger or disrupts the experience for others.
Personal Belongings

Bark N Play is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, damaged, or stolen whilst at the centre.

Please ensure that any belongings (e.g. leads, coats and bags) are stored safely and do not interfere with your dog’s playtime.
Photography and Video

Photography and video recording are permitted in the play area, but please respect the privacy of other dogs and owners.

By entering the premises, you consent to the use of images and video footage for promotional or marketing purposes by Bark N Play. If you would prefer for images and video not to be used for marketing purposes, please notify us beforehand.
